We are searching for the best talent for our Senior Clinical Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities:



* People leader: Lead Bogotá Electrophysiology Clinical Team with two direct reports, serving as liaison and prime contact between the external stakeholders and the organization.

Deployment of sales strategies in the field ensuring the advancement of CARTO therapy and the achievement of sales goals.
• Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels of the healthcare ecosystem, including physicians, clinical staff, administrators, and decision-makers.

Leverage these relationships to gather market insights, identify unmet needs, and drive product positioning strategies on Bogotá Electrophysiology market.
• Therapy Awareness: Develop and carry on therapy awareness activities, clinical education programs and product demonstration to key stakeholder.

Conduct hands-on training sessions demonstrating proper use of the technology and providing real-time feedback to healthcare professionals.
• Field Trainer: Responsible for delivering training programs to new team-members, guiding their learning curve on Electrophysiology and Cardiac Arrythmia mapping.

Performance coaching by offering constructive feedback and mentoring to improve work results and customer interactions.
