We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist, MSAT - Emerging Technology! This hybrid position will be located in Spring House, Pennsylvania.

The Innovative Medicine Supply Chain's Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) organization supplies medicines to markets around the world.

As a member our Emerging Technologies team, the Senior Scientist is responsible for implementing new manufacturing methods in upstream and downstream processing, as well as Process Analytical Technology (PAT) sensors and modeling to support next-generation manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals.

You will support real-time measurements for product quality attributes using PAT.

PAT serves as a key enabler of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real Time Release testing (RTRt) initiatives.

You will design and lead lab-scale research around novel PAT and data analytics technology on a development scale to support commercial scale implementation.

In addition, you will develop multivariate models to support APC and RTR initiatives.

Although we support all therapeutic platforms, a focus in our biotherapeutic drug substance and drug product are prioritized critical initiatives.
