Purpose:


* Provides expert technical product knowledge and in-service support to ensure customer satisfaction.


* Prepares sales forecast reports to measure progress against goals.


* Maintains all relevant product, clinical, and procedural knowledge, and articulates hospital, surgeon, and patient value propositions.


* Resolves contractual issues and coordinates sales process upon purchase approval.


* Assists sales staff in prospect outreach.


* Answers inquiries regarding complex technical and product issues.


* Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.


* Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
