As an Analytics Strategy and Execution Associate on the Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Data & Analytics Strategic Execution Team, you will be instrumental in driving daily initiatives and managing the execution of the organization's strategic priorities.

You'll act as a liaison with staff, assist in decision-making, and manage cross-functional programs.

You'll need to be a creative thinker with superior judgment and executive presence, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, questioning the status quo and taking initiative to drive strategic solutions.

Job Responsibilities:


* Develop and independently own and execute initiatives within the Data & Analytics Organization from inception to completion.


* Apply structured problem-solving skills to address top strategic priorities.


* Facilitate working groups and brainstorming sessions to support leadership decision-making.


* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving implementation of changes.


* Collaborate with team members across LOBs, central teams, and corporate functions.


* Prepare executive communication materials and present project analyses to senior executives.


* Having a controls mindset to ensure compliance with approved risk and controls processes.


* Assist in driving day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the team's agenda.


* Utilize organization and planning expertise to prioritize tasks and resolve challenges.


* Understand the leader's intent and take initiative in the absence of specific instructions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Bachelors Degree in a STEM discipline and 3+ years of experience in an analytics focused business or operations-related function.


* Experience implementing workflow tools, setting and measuring organizational OKRs, assessing productivity, and applying Lean-Agile frameworks to manage a book of work.


* Consulting orientation with strong client engagement combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.


* Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence business partners.


* Solid analytical skills with a strong commercial orientation.
