Technology Support III - Windows Operating System

As a Technology Support III team member in the Corporate Sector's Employee Platform, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.
Job responsibilities
* Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm
* Manage and maintain Wintel servers, SQL databases, Oracle databases, and NAS devices.
* Oversee the integration of services across multiple applications.
* Design and maintain processes for ingesting and analyzing Share Drive Metadata.
* Monitor and enforce security policies and compliance standards.
* Provide technical oversight and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
* Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms for Share Drive compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of services.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
* Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Operating System
* Knowledge of Windows internals for effective management and automation
* Ability to install and configure vendor applications
* Skills in designing and managing distributed systems and diagnosing and resolving application issues
* Ability to monitor and optimize application performance
* Familiarity with SQL Server installation, configuration, and database management
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, version control, and automated testing.
* Experience in effectively communicating with vendors
* Experience to document configurations and ensure compliance.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
* Working understanding of public cloud
