Purpose: 

The Head, Dermatology, US Medical Affairs- Immunology is a Senior Director role responsible for leading a matrixed team advancing the scientific strategy and business plan for the Dermatology Therapeutic Area (TA). The role will also manage a team of direct reports.

 Role reports to the Vice President, US Medical Affairs Immunology- Dermatology & Rheumatology.

The Head, Dermatology, US Medical Affairs- Immunology will represent Medical Affairs leadership in this therapeutic area by identifying and addressing key stakeholders’ needs through data generation, data dissemination, and special initiatives supporting our Dermatology products.

You will be responsible for:


* Lead the Dermatology team, and the Integrated Evidence Team Lead, in developing a strategically and commercially aligned scientific strategy of evidence generation to support all Dermatology assets.


* Identify, prioritize, and oversee the implementation of innovative and compliant data dissemination approaches and data generation strategies, with cognizance of the continually changing healthcare environment and clinical practice patterns (e.g., field, congresses, publications, digital platforms, etc.)


* Drive omni-channel and data dissemination plan including digital platforms
