As a Product Manager in Customer Application Experience, you play a pivotal role in driving innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers.

Job responsibilities
* Collaborate with business partners and product teams (architecture, tech, design) to identify new product opportunities using data analytics and market discovery.
* Assess upstream and downstream impacts of new product features on the overall product experience.
* Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap.
* Analyze and track product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets throughout the development lifecycle.
* Write requirements, epics, and user stories, maintaining Jira hygiene for effective product development.
* Develop data mapping to ensure accurate service data transfer and documentation.
* Assist with onboarding new services and features.
* Define acceptance test criteria in JIRA and create automated tests using BDD/TDD methodologies.
* Create technical diagrams (Class, Sequence, Flow/Activity) using Confluence, VISIO, or similar tools.
* Champion AI integration within the Credit Card opening process and seek innovative applications.
* Own the product backlog, driving feature enhancements and modernization from inception to production.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
* Experience as a technical product manager with a strong background in preferably with experience managing technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities.
Individual with good understanding of technologies including Automation test suite (Gherkin, Saucelabs, Mock tools), UI, API, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, etc.
Prior software development experience is a plus.
* A customer obsessed individual with the ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear business requirements.
