TileBar is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and execute recruiting efforts across our corporate and sales functions.

Depending on experience and qualifications, this position may also be considered at the Recruitment Manager level for candidates who bring broader strategic leadership capability and can oversee all recruiting activity company-wide.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—from developing sourcing strategies and managing agency partnerships to building a strong internal pipeline of talent.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates closely with leadership on workforce planning, and ensures all hiring aligns with the company's annual budgeted headcount.

Key Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:


* Centralize and manage all corporate and sales recruitment activities for the organization.


* Assess job descriptions for accuracy and alignment with departmental and organizational needs.


* Determine whether recruitment efforts will be handled internally or through external recruiting agencies.


* Serve as the primary liaison with external recruiting agencies, managing communication, performance, and candidate submissions.


* Identify, evaluate, and recommend recruiting agencies; negotiate rates and agreements in accordance with company standards.


* Participate in regular status meetings with hiring managers and agency representatives to review progress, candidate pipelines, and next steps.


* Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for open roles while maintaining strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.


* Post open positions across relevant job boards, professional networks, and internal platforms.


* Develop and extend employment offers in collaboration with HR leadership and hiring managers.


* Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to identify process improvements.


* Maintain accurate documentation in the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).


* Stay current on recruitment trends, market conditions, and best practices to enhance the company's talent acquisition strategy.
