We are searching for the best talent for a Market Research and Business Insights Senior Specialist, based in São Paulo (Brazil)

You can be a key player in supporting our business in Latin America by providing valuable business insights.

This role will involve planning, performing, monitoring, and analyzing various market research projects.

Additionally, the specialist will carry out diverse business insights activities to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions and drive central initiatives.

The MRBI Specialist will collaborate with relevant teams to ensure that research is aligned with business goals and provides actionable insights.

Key responsibilities:



* Generate business knowledge through in-depth analysis of data stemming from different market audits, as well as results from primary market research studies (ad-hoc or syndicated).


* Promote answers to business questions among internal clients and develop innovative analytics to provide answers to those questions in a timely manner.

Become a consultant for internal clients, recognized as the guide in their field.


* Promote the understanding and use of data, analysis, tools and Business Insights platforms among business teams, encouraging data based decision-making and self-service culture.


* Develop analyses and market forecasts required to support internal customers throughout the annual strategic business processes, as per cycles established by IBP (Integrated Business Planning): Monthly Business Reviews, Mid-Year Business Reviews, Brand Plans, Action Plans and Long Range Financial Plan, among others.
