We are searching for the best talent for Senior Finance Analyst, located in Mexico City.

Purpose:

Responsibilities include reviewing and providing on an accurate and timely basis, financial and business analysis, supporting the business through the generation of financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, financial planning, investments, and consolidations, acting as a key enabler to drive business decisions.

Candidate should be a results and performance driven individual, who can demonstrate these qualities through characteristics such as being innovative, adaptable, and eager to learn from others.

You will be responsible for:

• Review activities associated with the annual business planning process, quarterly updates and advise management
• Prepare analysis used to monitor, forecast and report rate of return, working capital, investments, and financial comparisons
• Provide leadership among teams, presentations to finance and functional senior management
• Ensure personal and company compliance with company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance
• Prepare monthly closings to assure fair presentation of operating results by monitoring expense commitments
• Challenge business assumptions, developing alternative scenarios and educating business partners on financial concepts
• Support the closing process for MedTech Mexico, ensuring detailed variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods.
• Provide business insights behind financial performance, redefining results into actionable insights for commercial and functional leaders.
• Ensure accurate reporting in Anaplan, AFO and BRAVO systems.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and other careers related
• Encouraged to have 4 Years of relevant work experience in Finance
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
