Job Responsibilities
     
* Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets and expand market presence.
     
* Guide team members in reaching sales and market share goals.
     
* Plan and execute field marketing and customer engagement activities.
     
* Organize and promote professional education programs for healthcare professionals.
     
* Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and gather market insights.
     
* Manage contracts and tenders effectively.
     
* Oversee territory assignments and ensure operations stay within budget.
     
* Coordinate with logistics and product teams to ensure product availability.
Job Requirements
     
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
     
* Preferably 2–3 years of experience managing sales teams in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
     
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
     
* Proven track record of meeting sales goals and deadlines.
     
* Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
     
* Skilled in sales planning, client relationship building, and presentations.
     
* Must have a valid Malaysian driving license and own a car.
     
* Willing to travel frequently (over 75% travel required).
