JOB SUMMARY

The Contract Manager plays a pivotal role within the Commercial Contract Management organization, ensuring the effective implementation of contracts and pricing strategies throughout their lifecycle.

This position involves leading strategic customer contract negotiations and supervising the entire contract lifecycle management process, including drafting agreements, negotiating terms and conditions, price loading, and ongoing system maintenance.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration with key departments such as Marketing, Legal, Sales, HCC, and Commercial Operations to support critical company initiatives, ensure contract compliance, and drive performance.

Additionally, the Contract Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and standardizing various contracting processes and templates to support the company's sales strategy.

This involves creating consistent, effective templates aligned with sales goals, adaptable for multiple agreement types, and designed to streamline contract administration.
