What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of infusion nurses delivering specialized therapies in home and alternate care settings.

Ensure high-quality patient care and operational excellence by:


* Overseeing daily nursing operations and supervising RN staff.


* Conducting skills assessments and supervisory visits.


* Managing patient intake, education, and scheduling.


* Monitoring documentation and compliance with treatment plans.


* Identifying and recommending process improvements.

What You'll Need:


* Active, unencumbered RN license


* 5+ years RN experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role


* 1+ year of in-hospital care (critical care preferred)


* Home infusion or home healthcare experience strongly preferred


* Strong IV insertion skills


* Knowledge of public/private insurance and managed care


* Experience with utilization management


* Excellent communication and presentation skills


* Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple platforms


* Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed


* Ability to travel up to 10%

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 81,300 - 135,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
