The role will be the lead for CIB New Product initiatives Lead.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as CIB New Product Assessment Program Manager Vice President, managing the program management office for New Product Assessment framework within CIB Controls.

This role involves leading the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing the execution of various projects undertaken by the team.

The successful candidate will implement enhanced governance frameworks and communication strategies to improve team collaboration and framework visibility, while overseeing the framework that ensures products and services are developed, deployed, and maintained in a manner that is ethical, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:


* Program Management:
+ Lead the development and maintenance of the program roadmap, ensuring all projects are aligned with strategic objectives and organizational goals.
+ Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of expected outcomes.
+ Monitor and manage the progress of ongoing projects, providing guidance and support to the team to ensure milestones are met and expectations are fulfilled.


* Governance, Regulatory, and Controls:
+ Integrate existing frameworks into a unified governance model, supporting consistency, reduced administration efforts, while ensuring appropriate level of oversight over the CIB NPA framework.
