Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for NHC HealthCare Franklin

NHC HealthCare Franklin is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team! The Assistant Director of Nursing will assist the Director of Nursing through providing continuity in administrative and managerial functions (including care delivery activities and training) of the Nursing Department.

In addition to providing excellent nursing care to our patients, the qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for this position should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team.

The ideal candidate with have prior Long Term Care experience, prior management experience, and demonstrate longevity in work history.

* $83,000 - $93,000 based on experience
