Job Summary

Assist and support the securing of the County's technology supply chain.

Escalate to others for complex situations, resolutions, and policies.

Develop a plan for managing cybersecurity supply chain risks associated with the acquisition, integration, operations and maintenance (O&M), and disposal for all information technology (IT) or related systems or services.

Help to establish agreements and procedures with entities involved in the supply chain.

Assess and review the cybersecurity supply chain-related risks associated with suppliers or contractors.

Conduct cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) risk assessments of supplier companies.

Keep stakeholders informed of the most up-to-date information regarding cybersecurity SCRM best practices and any relevant current Government policies, guidance, memorandums, or strategies that might affect the Cybersecurity SCRM program.Minimum Qualifications

•Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher and

• Two (2) years of cybersecurity supply chain in Information Technology (IT) networking or security settings or directly related experience or

• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance is required.

This position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

Candidates who are selected to fill safety-sensitive positions must pass a required drug test as part of the pre-employment background check process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of cybersecurity SCRM (Supply Chain Risk Management) principles and ability to influence others to make appropriate risk decisions based on the probability and impact of risk.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity SCRM security theory, technologies, policies, best practices, and Government regulations.

• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
