* Bachelor's Degree in business or a technical field
* Minimum 3 year experience in a customer facing role in Aerospace/Manufacturing
* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Aerospace forging, machining, & fastening processes preferred
* Basic understanding of aircraft engine components, materials, structures and technical drawings preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
* Ability to use Microsoft programs with intermediate proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Analytically oriented and able to effectively problem solve and deliver on objectives.
* Ability to function independently, take general directions and implement and execute a plan of action
* Comfortable functioning well in a high-paced environment under tight deadlines and balancing multiple competing priorities
* Comfortable presenting and participating in discussions within a high-level management environment
* Project Management experience in managing and overseeing multiple projects at a time
