As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you’ll play a hands-on role leading the daily operations of our housekeeping team.

You’ll support our Housekeeping Leaders to maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction standards across the hotel.

Your Day-to-Day


* Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated housekeeping team to deliver spotless rooms and public areas


* Conduct daily room and area inspections, ensuring brand standards are consistently met


* Support and coach team members to enhance service delivery and performance


* Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to deliver seamless guest experiences


* Champion workplace safety, hygiene, and IHG brand compliance

What We’re Looking For


* At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a full-service hotel


* Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentoring others


* Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work


* Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays


* Full-time working rights in Australia


* Positive, guest-focused attitude and the ability to inspire your team
