Investigador Divisional

Job Description



* Assist in managing investigations for open regions/distribution centers.

Conduct investigations when needed.


* Train the Regional and Supply Chain Loss Prevention managers on proper investigative techniques and processes.

Assist them in identifying LP cases.


* Analyze investigations to determine root cause and impact.

Provide business improvements recommendations.


* Coordinate and lead market blitzes (process of taking a group of LPMs into a market to conduct compliance audits, AutoZoner in store training, management LP workshops, high shrink analysis of problem stores and investigations) of high shrink markets.


* Assist in staff training on proper loss prevention practices and processes.

Work with the teams to understand inventory results and to identify and address store specific loss vulnerabilities


* Conduct strategic visits to stores across the chain to identify opportunities for improving shrink control and support ongoing investigations, in close collaboration with Regional Loss Prevention Managers.

Responsibilities

Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Criminal Justice, Asset Protection, or related field
Years of Experience: More than seven years.
Type of Experience: Multi-store loss prevention experience.
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Certification with Wicklander-Zulawski will be required
Other/Preferred: "Strong training, organizational, management, leadership, investigative and communication skills; self-starter who works best with little supervision.

Certified Protection Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner, Loss Prevention Qualified or Certified designations
The Divisional Investigator position is a transitional role and will require an incumbent with the ability to relocate as dictated by business needs.
