\n\n\n SUMMARY

Provides assistance and/or resolution to Stores and AutoZone Commercial Credit costumers.

Give credit orientation to customers and Commercial Specialist.

Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests , Credit Questions and SFA mailboxes for its prompt and successful resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Phone assistance to AZ store Commercial Specialists.


* Phone assistance to Commercial Credit costumers.


* Resolution to invoice and statements requests


* Daily reporting.

REQUIREMENTS


* Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Area of Study:Accounting, Finance ,Business


* Years of Experience:One to two years.


* Type of Experience:Bilingual, Customer Service


* Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Bilingual


* Other/Preferred:None
