* SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位范围与基本目的


* ▪ The Lab Analyst will be responsible for general Laboratory Support as well as routine compendia (or equivalent) testing.

After training the Lab Analyst will perform routine testing in compliance with laboratory test methods and procedures to support the manufacturing, R&D etc.

实验室分析员将负责一般的实验室支持以及常规的(或同等)的测试。在培训后，实验室分析员将按照实验室测试方法和程序进行常规测试，以支持生产、研发等方面的工作。


* ▪ The Lab Analyst must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.

实验室分析员必须具备口头和书面沟通的能力。


* ▪ The Lab Analyst is expected to apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations and to recognize discrepancies in results and follow operations through a series of detailed steps and processes.

实验室分析员将在特定情况下采用标准的做法和技术，并通过一系列详细的步骤和流程来识别结果的差异并跟踪操作。
