Program Manager

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $155,000-175,000 per year, which includes base pay plus a short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Schneider Electric is looking for a Program Manager who must live on Long Island, NY or in the Proximity.

The Program Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Project Management organization.

This position is typically held by an individual with 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager and 10-12 years of total industry experience.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Project Managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within a designated portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Oversight


* Lead and manage a team of Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain net zero gross margin variance across the assigned project portfolio.
• Ensure all projects meet working capital goals and comply with CPP.B and ISO standards.

Team Leadership & Development


* Interview, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers.
• Set and manage performance and development goals for team members.
• Support career path planning and contribute to departmental growth.

Project Risk & Escalation Management


* Collaborate with Project Managers to identify and mitigate risks related to budget, schedule, and customer or subcontractor issues.
• Assist in conflict resolution and escalation handling.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement


* Attend project meetings and conduct customer visits to maintain strong relationships and high-level engagement.

Operational Support


* Assist the Operations Manager with resource coordination, budgeting, training, and manpower forecasting.
