is recruiting for an Employee Health & Well-Being Shift Doctor to support the [Horizontes, Independencia, Salvarcar] manufacturing sites in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

This role will be based in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

As a [Horizontes, Independencia, Salvarcar] Shift Doctor, you are caring for the health of manufacturing employees on [shift 1, shift 2, shift 3].

These positions are for 5A Shift: From Friday to Sunday 6 am to 6 pm and 5B Shift: From Friday to Sunday 6pm to 6 am

Fixed Term 1 year.

 

Key Responsibilities:


* Will work with shift nurse to tend to all facets of patient care to include but not limited to: medical surveillances, new hire exams, general patient care, etc.

Reports directly to the shift lead.


* Work jointly with shift nurse to monitor distribution and inventory of medications, medical supplies, and other equipment.

Report any discrepancies to shift lead.


* Responsible for upkeep of medical records, as well as timely documentation in EMR.


* Provides patient care to all associates involved in occupational injury/illness incidents.


* Supports business leaders in reporting injuries/illness cases.
