We are searching for the best talent for an Experienced Automation Engineer, LCM MSAT that will be based in Spring House, PA or Raritan, NJ.

An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified.

Purpose:

The Experienced Automation Engineer, LCM MSAT will lead global initiatives to implement critical process closure projects that enhance reliability, innovation, and sustainability across our manufacturing sites.

This role demands balancing diverse requirements across early development, clinical trials, and commercial production, while collaborating effectively within a global network.

Key responsibilities include leading global initiatives, supporting automated systems selection and integration, process closure experience, and driving these improvements through implementation.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in automation engineering, process closure technology, equipment qualification, and digital technologies, with a passion for advancing innovation within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Process Closure Integration


* Lead the design, specification, and deployment of automation systems for new and existing equipment across the CAR-T network from early concept to global implementation.


* Experience with process closure and containment technologies, including isolators, weldable solutions, and other automated systems.

Familiarity with data analyses and data leveraging which support the design, implementation, and validation of these technologies.
