Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Hematology MSL regional team; partner with the MSL Head to set and drive region-specific strategy; ensure strong clinical engagement across territories with regular strategy reviews.
* Coach and develop direct-report MSLs using the competency model; provide ongoing feedback and field observations to ensure scientific acumen, presentation, and soft skills meet expectations.
* Plan and execute Field Medical Affairs programs (including product launches, proactive initiatives, and HCP engagement); ensure MSLs implement listening priorities and collect Medical Insights.
* Stay current on scientific information and disease states; model proficient discussions and coaching; oversee the collection and analysis of Medical Insights.
