Join a dynamic team as a Senior DevOps Engineer supporting medical device products This hands-on role plays a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and taking ownership of DevOps architecture, establishing governance frameworks, and leading/mentoring a team to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient development practices.
You will play a key role in optimizing tools and processes, guiding DevOps strategy, and enabling smooth and reliable product development across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and workflows to streamline product development.
* Architect and develop solutions that overcome technical limitations, ensuring scalable and reliable deployment processes.
* Lead migration and management of DevOps tools such as GitLab and Jenkins.
* Support embedded software development activities.
* Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
* Identify gaps in current processes, recommend improvements, and execute solutions to boost efficiency.
* Collaborate across multiple projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and technologies.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, collaborate to resolve issues and implement corrective action.
* Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
