Software Sales Manager

'Software Sales Manager' combines strategic sales, solution-selling of software / digital offerings, account management and collaboration across functions

Main missions

You'll be fully accountable for orders & revenue growth for a AVEVA software portfolio and EAE for whole SE KSA

Develop and execute SOFTWARE strategy: prepare business plans, product-launch initiatives, market/programme campaigns, set geographic / target priorities.

Maintain and grow the sales funnel: lead-generation, pipeline management, forecasting, deal closure.

Act as subject-matter expert for the SOFWARE solutions: understand the software offers, how they integrate in the "technology / ecosystem" to advise customers and even design solutions.

Work cross-functionally: collaborate with every business unit in the customer and support their customers as V2.

Account and stakeholder management: build relationships with strategic customers (often C-level or senior technical/operations), understand their needs, tailor solutions both internally and externally.

Measure and report: provide forecasts, performance metrics, market and competitor insights.

Drive after-sales satisfaction, ensure quality of customer deliverables in some cases.

A bachelor's degree (engineering, computer science, business) or equivalent experience.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise software sales, solution selling, digital services or related fields.

Strong knowledge of the domain: Industrial automation, IIOT, SaaS, Digital Transformation

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, ability to deal with senior stakeholders.

Experience with forecasting, sales processes, CRM tools, building a pipeline.

Ability to travel both domestic and international
