Intern, Finance

We are seeking a highly talented Finance Intern to join our Grain & Protein Technologies Finance & Accounting team at our Assumption, Illinois headquarters for the Summer of 2026.

This is a paid, full-time internship during the summer of 2026.

Students are required to work 40 hours per week onsite at our office in Assumption from tentatively Wednesday, May 27 th through Friday, July 31 st (dependent upon summer housing dates, could start earlier and/or end later).

Your Impact


* Support the finance department with weekly and monthly reports.


* Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.


* Work directly with your manager to help with any special projects deemed a priority.


* Manage the CR/CN process from beginning to end.


* Build working relationships with various departments to establish good collaboration networks.

Your Experience and Qualifications


* Enrollment in a degree program in finance, accounting, or related field


* Must be registered as a full-time student


* Must be able to commute to work location on a daily basis


* Strong computer literacy: MS Office Suite; web-based applications

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected hourly wage for this role will be $20 - 22 / hour.

This is dependent upon year in school.

Benefits will include complimentary housing located at The Woods housing complex at Millikin University in Decatur, IL, for students that do not live locally.
