Job Summary

As a Business Manager in Customer Experience, Marketing, Benefits and Credit Products, you'll help shape strategy and drive operational excellence.

As a key thought partner and operator, you'll bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the team-leading cross-functional initiatives, facilitating leadership forums, and ensuring priorities move from vision to execution.

Job Responsibilities


* Owns all chief of staff responsibilities, inclusive of managing day-to-day operations


* Shape and communicate the organization's strategy and key initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility of major achievements to executive stakeholders


* Drive the execution of top strategic initiatives, proactively rolling up sleeves to ensure successful delivery


* Collaborate across product teams to deliver against business objectives, owning the tracking and execution of key milestones


* Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the leadership team and the broader organization, ensuring focused discussions and real-time alignment


* Partner with Finance and HR to manage headcount planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles


* Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills - you can create compelling, eye-catching presentations and develop complex reports with little or no oversight


* Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing Managing Director-level team members


* Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives


* Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly

Preferred Qualifications


* Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization


* Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies


* Experience working in financial services
