Senior Finance Manager

Dairy Foods is seeking a strategic and results oriented Senior Finance Manager to lead the Global Dairy Ingredients FP&A team supporting our commodities-based businesses.

This role will lead key FP&A activities including business decision support, pricing and profitability analytics, forward looking projections and predictive analytics, monthly results analysis and reporting, annual budgeting, investment modeling, special projects and other ad hoc analysis needed to advise on business decisions.

The candidate must have strong leadership and FP&A skills and excel at communicating effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative role across business teams.

A candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to influence change in a dynamic environment.

This position is located at our headquarters in Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid work arrangement each week).

Qualified internal candidates outside of Minneapolis may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:


* Serve as the trusted day-to-day strategic financial advisor for the Global Dairy Ingredients team, leading the development of financial support on key decisions and initiatives.


* Nurture a positive, inclusive culture with high team engagement through focused management, coaching, direction, and accountability of a team of finance professionals (you will have three direct reports)


* Drive process improvement and adoption of best practices leveraging technologies to improve management reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.


* Lead month-end, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Global Dairy Ingredients businesses.

Experience/Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.

MBA/CPA desired.


* A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience (5 years of those in FP&A) required.


* Demonstrated ability in leading and developing teams.


* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI

* Ability to synthesize dynamic inputs like changing commodity market conditions into key recommendations with clear impacts and implications


* Ability to mobilize and inspire a team to embody principles of process excellence and apply a growth mindset, both within reporting structure and peer or non-reporting structure

* Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment

$120,880-$181,320.

In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
