Manager, Product Development
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Product Development Manager to join our team and drive the development and execution of innovative tile, mosaic, and other product collections.
In this role, you will support product strategy, collaborate closely with design and marketing teams, and ensure each collection aligns with our brand vision and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Product Development: Lead the strategic development and execution of new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business goals.
* Designer Collaboration: Coordinate with internal designers and external partners to support creative direction and execution.
* Pricing & Product Marketing Materials: Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy and oversee development of marketing materials, product binders, photography, and sample boards.
* Team Management: Provide strategic leadership to a team of two, guiding both product development and product marketing activities to drive cohesive execution and successful collection launches.
* Project Management: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, maintaining organization, clear documentation, and adherence to all deadlines.
* Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Creative, and Web teams to align on launches and deliverables.
* Additional Duties: Support other product and operations initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Experience: 4-6 years of experience in product development, ideally within consumer goods or related industries.
Skills & Expertise
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation/deck design.
* Familiarity with project management software and ERP systems.
