BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Current, Unrestricted NC or Compact (Multistate) LPN  License 

1 year of LPN experience within the last 3 years

Two professional clinical references

MUST COMPLETE/PROVIDE UPON HIRE:

Current BLS certification (no online courses)

Physical within the last year

Current PPD or Chest X-ray

Criminal history report with no activity listed

Pre-employment drug screen

Other credentials as required by our various clients
