Senior Regulatory Specialist

Responsibilities

The Senior Regulatory Specialist supports daily customer-facing regulatory compliance activities by leveraging expertise in key regulations and maintaining product regulatory systems, including EH&S modules such as global food contact data integrity and compliance reviews.

Collaborating with technical, sales, and cross-functional teams, this position addresses compliance-related product formulation needs, ensures accurate documentation-such as GMP records-and oversees Healthcare Compliance reviews, Drug Master Files, and Access letters.

The role actively reviews and interprets upcoming regulatory changes, develops strategies to ensure ongoing compliance for finished goods and formulations, and plays a key part in monitoring regulatory developments impacting Avient's products regionally.Qualifications

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (usually Chemistry or similar).


* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and confident in using data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, to support decision-making and innovation
