Field Service Engineering - Entry Professional

1)Technical Skills:


* LV switchgear troubleshooting and repair.


* Testing of LV circuit breaker ,contactor, Relay


* Annual Maintenance contract execution for LV panels, Circuit Breakers, Switchgear.

Candidate should supervise authorize subcontractor work and do technical closure of site activity.


* LV/MV relay testing , switchgear testing , panel testing and configuration by Primary and secondary current Injection method.

2) Software Proficiency:
• MIS preparation and reporting monthly dashboard.

MS Power point preparation for technical part.


* Testing kit software uses and test report generation.


* Basic knowledge of Meters, Relay and its communication part.

3) Service business generation :-


* Candidate must have knowledge of capturing leads from customer sites.

Capability of technical discussion of customer requirement and conversion of raw leads into order.

4) Communication Skills:
• Ability to lead and deliver critical tasks on-site.
• Served as the SPOC for all Service activities at the customer end, effectively managing all customer meetings and conversations.
• Strong presentation skills for delivering training sessions and technical addresses during meetings.
• Active listener with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in an Electrical /Electronic Engineering discipline.

Experience :- 5 years in same field.
