Industrialization Assembly Process Intern

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Industrialization Assembly Process Intern in Tlaxcala Plant located at Acuamanala.

You will be able to learn about Assembly Processes, Industrialization, LEAN Manufacturing, LADM, and collaborate with a team of Engineers deploying a new production line.

What will you do?


* Collaborating on diverse projects related to H&D Industrialization.


* Supporting the Assembly team in process improvements and documentation.


* Conducting time and motion studies to identify optimization opportunities.


* Performing root cause analysis to support problem-solving initiatives.


* Assisting with documentation and drafting technical content.


* Maintaining and organizing plant-related documentation.


* Exploring and researching new technologies to drive innovation.


* Assisting in the development and optimization of industrialization processes.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Availability to work 100% on-site, Monday to Friday.


* Availability to work 30 hours per week during mornings.


* Curious and passionate about Assembly, Automation, and Industrialization.


* Eager to learn methodologies like LADM and LEAN.


* Strong interest in exploring new technologies and production systems.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field, with graduation expected in December 2026 or later.


* Basic to intermediate English communication skills.


* Basic proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
