Supervisor - Accounts Payable

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our AP team.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, resolve escalations, and drive process improvement.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep AP experience and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.

--Hiring range is generally between $78,300-$97,000 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience

--Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise AP staff and ensure timely, accurate processing


* Serve as SME and escalation point


* Optimize team performance through coaching and prioritization


* Collaborate with Assistant Controller to define AP standards and policies


* Build strong internal and external relationships across the clinic

Requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred


* Minimum 5 years previous accounts payable experience in high-volume environment required


* Experience supervising staff required


* Demonstrated knowledge of 3-way match and 100 processing required


* Experience with invoice automation and Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred

Pay Range:
$76,687.00 - $115,031.00
