* BS in Engineering from an accredited institution is required


* At least 5 years experience developing, improving, or productionizing processes in an industrial setting


* Familiar with metal processing equipment (e.g.

cutting, grinding, blasting, finishing).


* Ability to develop strong working relationships and lead through influence


* Demonstrates considerable ingenuity and creativity while recognizing prudent risk


* Ability to work in a self-directed or team environment with good organizational skills


* Excellent written and oral communication skills


* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


* Ability to build teams and lead workshops or kaizens to drive sustainable change.


* Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States, verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire, visa sponsorship is not available for this position


* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S.

Preferred Qualifications
