Job Title: Principal, Customer Experience Global Search Solution Manager

Location - Bangalore

Overall Experience - 10-13 yrs

8+ years in digital application management, customer experience platforms, or enterprise search technologies, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.

Responsibilities - What will you do?

Take the Lead with These Responsibilities:


* Own the strategy, development, and optimization of a global digital search solution focused on enhancing customer experience.


* Design and implement intelligent search functionalities using AI, NLP, and semantic search technologies.


* Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the search platform across digital channels.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, data science, and product to deliver personalized and relevant search experiences.


* Manage end-to-end project lifecycles: requirements gathering, planning, execution, testing, and deployment.


* Continuously analyze search data and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation.


* Align search initiatives with business goals in close partnership with the Global Search Domain Leader.


* Provide training and support to internal teams to maximize adoption and impact of the search solution.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Deep expertise in enterprise search platforms (e.g., I3 Findwise, Elasticsearch, Algolia, Coveo, Apache Solr).


* Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and semantic search.


* Experience integrating search with CMS (e.g., Builder.io), e-commerce platforms (e.g., Spryker), and CRM/FAQ systems (e.g., Salesforce).


* Solid grasp of web technologies (JavaScript, Sveltekit, APIs, RESTful services) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).


* Proven track record in project management using Agile/Scrum methodologies.


* Analytical mindset with experience in search analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis.


* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


* Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
