We are searching for the best talent for MTST Portfolio Transformation Marketing Specialist - WC&H & Biosurgery (Fixed-term job)

Objective 

Provide dedicated marketing and data support for Portfolio Transformation WC&H & Biosurgery portfolio evolution activities, in coordination with the respective Wound Closure and Biosurgery marketing team members.

This role will ensure seamless coordination between local Portfolio Transformation team members and partners (Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, HEMA, Bids & Tenders Office, Pricing, Customer Service, Quality, CommEd, Regulatory, Legal and GovAff departments), strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to drive a successful portfolio transformation project. 

Scope 


* Product Focus: Manage the successful ramp down of Non-Plus Sutures and Surgicel Transition Strategy 



* Key Deliverables: data-driven project planning, execution monitoring and reporting, stakeholder coordination 
 

Key Responsibilities 


* Build and maintain Non-Plus Sutures and Surgicel Transition Strategy dashboards to monitor discontinuation progress and adoption metrics 



* Coordinate workflows for product phase-out and ensure alignment across commercial, medical, and other operational and functional teams 



* Perform data analysis on customer transitions, sampling activities, and campaign effectiveness 



* Support sampling coordination and reporting for key accounts
