We are searching for the best talent for Global Product Manager Patient Management & Sensor Solutions.

Purpose: The Product Manager, Pt Mgmt.

& Sensors Solutions will be a member of the Patient Management Solutions Platform Team.  This role will drive Johnson & Johnson’s Heart Recovery growth strategy by integrating innovative digital solutions and patient-centric approaches to transform clinical pathways, reducing variability of care when on Impella support and improving clinical outcomes.

This role will have responsibilities surrounding insight generation, product development execution, and global launch excellence.

Your contributions toward bringing novel patient management solutions to market, with a focus on supporting sensors and imaging solutions will further reduce burden of care and increase access to Impella therapy across global markets.

 

You will be responsible for:

  Insight Generation:


* Build deep understanding of target markets, including evolving technology and healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, unmet needs, and geographic-specific factors


* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and unmet patient, clinician and business needs


* Gain actionable customer insight, testimonies and recommendations by executing primary/secondary research, visiting customers, conducting advisory board and engaging internal/external stakeholders


* Work with early adopters through FIM, pilot sites and LMR to collect feedback and refine our product offering and market approach
