Epic Analyst Manager - Revenue Cycle (on-site position)

Join our team as an Epic Analyst Manager - Revenue Cycle, where you'll lead strategic planning and management of Epic EHR applications and third-party systems to drive access, revenue optimization, and patient engagement through MyChart.

This leadership role is key to aligning technology with our healthcare mission and the quadruple aim: improving patient experience, clinical outcomes, provider satisfaction, and cost-efficiency.

Hiring Range: Typically $108,000/yr - $140,000/yr - commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute EMR strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Access and Revenue Cycle leadership.


* Oversee Epic applications (Access, Revenue, MyChart) and related systems, ensuring uptime and optimization.


* Lead reporting initiatives using Epic Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, and SlicerDicer.


* Manage major projects, upgrades, vendor contracts, and operating/capital budgets.


* Supervise analyst teams (Cadence/Prelude, Resolute, MyChart) and support cross-functional collaboration.


* Participate in governance committees and drive continuous improvement using Lean methodology.

Education and Experience


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


* 5+ years in healthcare IT or operations (e.g., Revenue Cycle, Finance, HR).


* 3+ years applying Lean principles in healthcare settings.


* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


* Preferred certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Certified Professional, EHR Certification, EPIC certification.

Pay Range:
$107,740.00 - $161,610.00
