* High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


* Minimum 1-4 years quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


* 1-4 years' Experience in metals manufacturing


* Able to obtain an in-house mobile equipment certification, including use of forklift and boom lift


* Has Basic metal fabrication-environment skills: use of power tools, cutting torch, stick welder, saws, and knee mill.


* Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more


* Excellent Communication and Presentation skills (written, verbal and non- verbal), ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.


* Must work well in a team environment and commit to continuous improvement.


* Good PC skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office).
