* A Bachelor's degree, or (3) years related experience in business process modeling or database design.

A combination of appropriate education and experience is also acceptable.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


* Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

* Detail oriented.


* Experience using Windows-based applications including Word, Excel, and Access.

PowerPoint and Project experience IS useful, but not mandatory.


* Experience developing systematic and manual operations procedures.
