Job responsibilities
* Support Vendor Risk Program leads with early escalation to HR Controls, Workforce Technology, and Workforce Data; ensure timely updates and effective decisions
* Maintain an effective issue tracking process for vendor risks; monitor, summarize concerns, and follow up on actions
* Lead weekly risk review meetings with HR Controls, HR Vendor Management, Workforce Technology, and Workforce Data executives; document decisions and action items
* Partner with stakeholders to clarify risks, decision rationale, and key factors
* Enhance risk review and issue management processes; support change adoption and provide SME guidance on vendor risk review and control topics
* Deliver regular program metrics and HR Operating Committee follow-up updates
* Manage high-visibility vendor risk initiatives and tasks
* Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
* Enhance operations to strengthen risk visibility and escalation
* Continuously refine processes using feedback and industry best practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience in risk management, business controls, vendor management, legal, sourcing, compliance, audit or related roles
