As a Business Analysis Manager- Filter Initiatives in Global Screening Operations, you will lead the Filter Initiative Team to perform data gathering, analysis, and testing for hit rate mitigation and regulatory screening list updates and work directly with data to create meaningful analysis to mitigate false positive volume while keeping a priority on minimizing risk.

You will help deliver business results, providing sound decision-making and judgment and influence key aspects of the Global Screening Operations (GSO) business and collaborate with various stakeholders across the Globe, ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and strategic initiatives while leveraging your advanced understanding of data analytics and automation, you will uncover patterns, analyze complex data sets, and develop innovative solutions to support business strategies.
