Systems Engineer
Job Description
AutoZone is seeking a Systems Engineer, experienced in the M365/Collaboration environment The M365/Collaboration Systems Engineer plays a key role in managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment as a member of our End-User Services & Collaboration team.
This position focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and user-friendly collaboration tools through effective administration, automation, and support.
Ideal candidates will bring 3-5 years of M365 experience, a passion for modern workplace technologies, and a commitment to improving how teams connect and communicate, delivering key IT initiatives, solving technical problems, and implementing improvements.

As an expert in your field, we expect you to:
o Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services and applications.
o Provide technical support and training to end users.
o Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses.
o Implement security and compliance policies.
o Assist with migrations and integration projects.
o Document procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
o Stay updated on new Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
o Lead governance and lifecycle management for collaboration tools.
o Support conferencing technologies and Teams Rooms setups.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science or 5+ years of experience.
3+ years of experience in the role of a M365 Systems Engineer including:
o Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow
o Proficient with PowerShell scripting and Azure AD.
o Experience with hybrid environments and identity management (AAD, ADFS, IAM)
o Must possess critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve complex business.
o Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and a customer-first mindset are a must.
o Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-203) are a plus.
