What do you get to do in this position?

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our Digital Energy team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies for our energy solutions, focusing on energy efficiency, power quality, and building automation.

This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for digital energy solutions and support commercial teams in closing deals.

Technical expertise: Act as a technical expert, providing product demonstrations, training, and solutions to meet client needs.

Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a technical advisor to help them navigate their digital transformation journey.

Solution promotion: Promote and sell a range of solutions, including Building Management Systems (BMS), energy metering, power quality management, and other digital energy products.

Market development: Work to expand the market for digital solutions by identifying potential customers, opening new accounts, and supporting the adoption of new technologies.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical or related field preferred).


* Strong knowledge of energy efficiency, power quality, protection automation, and building automation.


* Proven experience in marketing management or product management within the energy sector.


* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.


* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.


* Analytical mindset with a focus on financial metrics and performance analysis.
