Job Description:

Sr Project Analyst LATAM – Execution PMO - Fixed term 12 months

Position Summary: The role is responsible for supporting the local execution of marketing activities in Brazil, with a focus on execution of strategic initiatives for the business outlined in our commitments, looking in details to the portfolio management.

This position plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts to maintain operational continuity, momentum, and alignment with regional strategies.

Key responsibilities include (not exhaustive):


* Supporting the management of Kits to align with updated portfolio strategies.


* Coordinating internal and external communications to ensure flawless execution of initiatives.


* Supporting the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system and providing visibility to both local and regional teams regarding product demand/forecast.


* Assisting in the execution of training initiatives to support change management and stakeholder readiness.


* Organizing and facilitating local business reviews to monitor progress and ensure execution is on track.

Required skills & capabilities:

Higher education degree

English proficiency: intermediate


* Project Management: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective execution.


* Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external messaging.


* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Capability to assess impact, prioritize actions, and support data-driven decisions.


* Marketing & Commercial Acumen: Understanding of product lifecycle, SKU transitions, and portfolio strategy.


* Training & Change Management: Experience supporting training initiatives and managing change across teams.


* Execution Excellence: Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on flawless operational delivery.

Autonomy and proactivity

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SAP IBP, and collaboration platforms.
