Data Capability Product Owner

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join Chubb as a Data Capability Product Owner on our Personal Risk Services (PRS) business transformation team and help shape the future of data solutions for our Personal Lines business.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders-including actuarial, data science, and technology teams-to ensure that the data needed on the back end of solutions is thoughtfully designed for on the front end.

You will champion the accuracy and completeness of our data dictionary, partnering with squads to define and lay out data product needs into an actionable roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

With a strong focus on core system modernization, you will help craft the future of our data models, databases, and data utilization throughout the Personal Lines business.

In this role, you will:


* Drive the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap for system modernization and data capabilities


* Own the product backlog, including writing user stories and facilitating refinement sessions


* Lead a team of direct and matrixed team members embedded in agile, multifunctional teams


* Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Actuarial, Data Science, Underwriting, Operations, and IT


* Ensure alignment with data governance best practices, including data mapping and dictionary review


* Drive decision-making, remove impediments, and manage interdependencies with other Product Owners


* Report on Objectives and Key Results and actively participate in agile ceremonies
