Deposits and Custody Business Manager, Associate

Morgan Asset & Wealth Management Finance and Business Management has a new opening for a Business Manager based in New York.
We are looking for a strategic partner and operational support to the Global Head of Deposits & Custody, providing comprehensive business management support across strategic initiatives, executive communications, and organizational priorities.
As the Associate Business Manager within the Deposits and Custody group, you will seamlessly transition between tactical execution and strategic thinking while maintaining the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
Job responsibilities
* Provide insights and support decision making for the Deposit and Custody Business
* Support senior management in defining strategic direction and future growth plans of the Deposit and Custody Business
* Collaborate with functional partners across the organization to help achieve business objectives
* Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management forums
* Liaise with Senior Management, Product teams, and Marketing to coordinate and manage client campaigns, communications etc.
* Define and implement practices ensuring investments business' compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
* Assist in identifying key business risks and help to drive resolution of mitigating controls
* Actively identify and pursue process efficiencies and client/advisor experience improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration/Finance
* 2+ years working experience in finance, consulting and or project management capacity
* Self-starter with ability to work in a team and alone, highly motivated and displaying strong initiative
* An interest in strategy, business management, project management, and business and data analysis
* Ability to Adopt an organized and methodical approach to issues and tasks and applies sound, logical reasoning to complex problems
* Experienced in driving stakeholder agendas, delivering presentations to stakeholders/senior leaders, and articulating rationale in design decisions
* Very strong analytical, conceptual and creative thinking skills, with ability to develop business insights and hypotheses
* Skills in communication, writing, organization, and time management
* Judgment and discretion working with confidential and sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
PowerPoint and Excel skills, ability to distill crisp message from robust data analysis
* High attention to detail
